about ME

   I'm Katie Winzenburger. I've been a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) for five years. I work clinically at a local hospital. I love what I do. But I've always wanted to do more, help more people.

   I see how many diets are out there and how hard it can be to translate nutrition research, not to mention all the health claims on social media and the rest of the internet.

   I had to take action. The itch became stronger to develop a program I ethically felt should be available for those trying to eat and become healthier. NO FAD DIET. Lifetime health.

   I'm also a human who loves my family, friends, husband, dog children, nature, alone time, yoga, podcasts, learning, cooking, singing, dancing and traveling.
